st. louis

arrived in st. louis late afternoon. i just wanted to get out of the car and get a coffee somewhere; anywhere, but a gas station. ended up near tower grove park and immediately came across mokabe's at the corner of grand ave and arsenal. just chilled upstairs for a few hours and read my first book while on the road. Illusions:the Adventures of a Reluctant Messiah by Richard Bach-a gift from scott and jessica-best buds from boone. great book. put a lot of things i had been thinking about in perspective. a few shops away i also found a used book store--dunaway books. a copy of Dr. Suess's "Oh, the Places You'll Go!" was staring right at me.
