power out

amy asked if i knew about the storm that was coming thru. sure enough a few minutes later, it's pouring down rain-thundering and lightning like crazy. then the power goes out. coffee shop - pitch black. the entire street - pitch black. we all run outside and watch the light show in the sky. i asked if it storms like this often in st. louis. to which the reply was, "nope, never."
